CDP Alumni Continuing Education & Professional Development

Overview

To keep our alumni community engaged and up to date on CDP’s work, and to provide meaningful opportunities for continued education and facilitator training, we are offering a virtual Professional Development for CDP Alumni series in January 2025! These sessions will provide updates on CDP pedagogy and create opportunities to practice dialogue and facilitation skills, tools, and approaches. We will devote time to exploration of how personal, social, and political identities impact our perspectives, actions, and experiences.

Participation in both sessions will fulfill the ‘Professional Development’ requirement for the CDP Fellowship, though all CDP alumni are welcome to attend one or both sessions. We will provide confirmation of completion for those of you interested in sharing your participation in this professional development opportunity with employers or adding it to your LinkedIn.

Stay tuned for our 2027 offerings!
