Spring 2026 Facilitators

After undergoing an intensive five-day training at the beginning of the semester, and while participating in EDUC/ILRID 4826: Leading Dialogue Across Difference, CDP’s undergraduate facilitators are responsible for guiding one section of EDUC/ILRID 2610 in intergroup dialogue over the course of the semester. Additionally, our undergraduate facilitators lead tailored programs for undergraduate groups, organizations, courses, and more.

Aima Raza

School of Industrial and Labor Relations, 2027

Hi everyone! I’m Aima, a Pakistani-American junior from Baltimore studying Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Global Work and Labor and a minor in Spanish. I’m a staff writer for The Cornell Daily Sun, a Laidlaw Scholar, and a researcher with the North American Food Systems Network—and I’m also proudly part of Bee Club. When I’m not studying, you’ll probably find me playing electric guitar, FaceTiming my cat, consuming brainrot, or planning my next trip. I’m a first-time facilitator and so excited to grow, connect, and learn with everyone through CDP.

Celeste Lim-Robinson

I took CDP the fall of my sophomore year and was struck by how closely its mission aligned with my values and passions. I began facilitating in Spring 2024, I'm so excited to return!

Dylan Wang

School of Industrial and Labor Relations, 2028

Hi! I'm Dylan, and I am a sophomore in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. CDP helped me in many different ways, as it gave me the skills and the time to reflect on myself, interact with others, and practice metacognition. Outside of CDP, I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball. I hope to both inspire and get inspired by others through constant dialogue.

Gavin Ross

Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, 2026

Hey everyone! My name is Gavin, I’m a senior in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration from West Hollywood, California pursuing a career in aviation. I first took CDP in my sophomore fall and it completely changed my world; both in terms of how my identities fit in the diverse environment around us and how to effectively communicate with those differences in mind. Being my third semester of facilitating the course, I’m excited to continue that learning and think about how I can use these skills beyond Cornell. Outside of CDP, I’m the president of the Nolan Hotel Student Mentorship Program and I’ve served on the Hotel Ezra Cornell Board of Directors, and you can often find me in my kitchen cooking a new recipe with my friends. I’m excited to deepen my learning and continue facilitating!
